How does Perimeter work?
Once you contact Perimeter Home Watch, we'll schedule a free consultation and create a customized, step by step plan tailored to your specific needs.
Step One: Free In Home Consultation
A Perimeter Home Watch Specialist will meet with you at your property to assess your goals and needs. Our Specialist will walk your property and go over every detail of what to expect from our service. Our first visit will establish a baseline for future comparisons. This is a completely free consultation at no cost to the customer.
Step Two: Setup Frequency of Visits
Your Perimeter Specialist will discuss and setup the frequency of visits, whether you choose to have a one time visit, weekly checks, twice a month, monthly or an alternative schedule.
Step Three: Secure Access to Property
Once you have established your custom visit plan, a Perimeter Specialist will secure access to your property. We will setup a preferred contact and report format to suit your needs.
Final Step: Continuous Care
Your Perimeter is now secured! Perimeter Home Watch will provide ongoing interior and exterior property checks as well as handling vendor coordination.

Each property is unique and each client's needs are specific, set pricing is determined once the property is viewed and will be based off each client's specific needs. Additional services are offered and priced separately.
